Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of Nallavandi’s website at nallavandi.online and the app atnallavandi-app.web.app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or paying for access, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Nallavandi is reminder software for vehicle maintenance. It is not a workshop, insurer, RTO, or authorised service centre. Schedules and due dates are estimates. You remain responsible for following your vehicle manual, insurance, PUC, and registration requirements.

2. Account

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or payment disputes we reasonably believe are unfounded.

3. Payments

Full access requires a one-time unlock payment of ₹900 (list price ₹1,200 when a discount is shown) for three years, charged in INR through Razorpay. Checkout happens after you sign in on the app. Prices onthe pricing page and in the app should match. Failed, cancelled, or incomplete checkouts do not grant access.

4. Digital goods

You are buying a licence to use the software for the paid term, not ownership of the product, source code, or brand. We may update features during the term. We do not ship physical items.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Service, scrape it unreasonably, interfere with other users, or use it for unlawful activity. Reminder data you enter should relate to vehicles you own or manage.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Nallavandi is not liable for missed service, expired insurance or PUC, fines, accidents, or vehicle damage arising from a missed or incorrect reminder. The Service is provided “as is”. Our total liability for a paid term is limited to the amount you paid for that term.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material payment changes will be reflected on the pricing page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
