Privacy policy

This policy describes how Nallavandi (“we”) handles personal data when you use nallavandi.online ornallavandi-app.web.app.

1. Data we collect

• Account: email, display name, and authentication identifiers from Firebase Auth (email/password or Google).
• Vehicle and reminders: make, model, year, odometer, tasks, and completion notes you enter.
• Payments: we receive payment success, order id, and payment id from Razorpay. Card or UPI secrets are handled by Razorpay, not stored on our servers.
• Waitlist: email if you join the waitlist on the marketing site.
• Technical: basic usage and diagnostics (for example screen views) to keep the product reliable.

2. How we use it

We use this data to create your account, show reminders, process and verify payments, prevent fraud, reply to support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting, Cloud Functions) and Razorpay for checkout. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, in line with our instructions.

4. Retention

Account and vehicle data stay until you ask us to delete them or the account is closed. Payment records are kept as required for tax, accounting, and dispute handling.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailinghello@nallavandi.online. Some payment records cannot be fully erased where law requires us to keep them.

6. Children

The Service is intended for adults who own or manage vehicles. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

7. Security

Access to paid features is gated on verified Razorpay payment. We use HTTPS and Firebase security rules. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.
